Kinzinger on GOP-majority House: They’re going to demand a Biden impeachment vote every week

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) in a new interview predicts that GOP lawmakers will demand a vote to impeach President Biden “every week” if Republicans take control of the House in the midterms.

Kinzinger, a frequent critic of former President Trump and his allies on Capitol Hill, compared previous efforts by congressional Republicans to what he predicts “crazies” will attempt to do under a GOP majority.

“Back before we had all the crazies here — just some crazies — you know, every vote we took, we had to somehow defund ObamaCare. … You’ll remember, right when we took over it was we need to do the omnibus bill, but we’re not going to vote for it because it doesn’t defund ObamaCare,” Kinzinger said on CNN’s “The Axe Files with David Axelrod,” released Monday.

“That’s going to look like child’s play in terms of what [Rep.] Marjorie Taylor Greene [R-Ga.] is going to demand of [House GOP Leader] Kevin McCarthy [Calif.]. They’re going to demand an impeachment vote on President Biden every week,” he added.

I'd love to see Majorie Taylor Greene chair a committee investigating corruption in the DOJ and FBI under the Obama and Biden administrations. I want to see agents dragged into federal prisons.

I got nothing to say about Trump. I don't like the man but he didn't deserve to be treated the way he was.

 

I mean he was POTUS for 4 yrs so why didn't he order investigations?

 

Trump deserves the same penalty the Constitution prescribes for all traitorous seditionists and foreign spies.

Interesting that you bring up the pipe bombs... please tell us what you know (in your case "don't know") about the pipe bombs... I truly would love to have a discussion with you about them..

 

i know that the pipe bombs were placed at both party headquarters by persons unknown on jan 6 2021. i know that the bombs did not detonate. i know that the bomber wore a hoodie and shoes that are remarkably similar to the shoes worn by ms taylor green at a white house meeting in december where the congressional operations for the insurrection were assigned. i know that surveillance video of the bomber dragging a wheeled suitcase shows a similar stature, gait and stride as video of ms taylor green walking with a large purse.

Amazing that there are people who are butt hurt over Trump getting impeached. Being impeached ultimately doesn't mean all that much. Meaning, he was still president after both impeachments. It's basically amounts to only a formality. So it begs the question...why so butt hurt???

 

I don't usually vote. I voted in 1996 - Dole , 2000 - Bush, 2008 - McCain, and 2012 - Obama. I haven't voted since 2012, because there haven't been any candidates worth supporting.

The whine/call is coming from inside the house if people are hating on and wishing to victimize other Americans.

 

His mental status DOES need to be evaluated and disclosed to the public. And if found by a doctor/psychologist to have mental impairment, removed. Beyond that, he hasn't done anything impeachment worthy as President (that we know of). A committee focusing on Biden and his son does need to be formed though.

And before the whataboutism is asked of me...can it. I won't reply. This thread is about Biden and possible impeachment of him by Republicans. Not Trump. Or anyone else.
