They were in too much of a hurry to get the impeachment vote done that they couldn't wait for the courts. Not Trump's problem. Not the Senate's problem. Go back to celebrating the "solemn" event.

More than likely, McConnell will call Roberts and set a date and time whether or not the articles are sent over.

Uh, the past several weeks of the investigation and subsequent hearings. All of which were perfectly fair and in full compliance with the co storeroom and rules set forth by republicans.

The rules were set by Schiff and Nadler. They are not Republicans.

No matter how the dems and the media spin the impeachment the public has wised up and now see it for what it is -- just do anything to hurt Trump. It seems to me the dems are short a few marbles.

The rules were set by republicans when they held the Benghazi hearings. Those rules were followed by democrats to a T. Sorry.

Read the Magna Carta. A fair trial is fair to the defendant ,,, not the witch hunters. Damn thing is 804 years old. That gave you plenty of time to figure out what individual rights means. Whew!!!!

The Constitution doesn't say that only Democrats can call witnesses. In fact, if Republicans were allowed to call witnesses, Pelosi wouldn't be sitting on articles that she's too embarrassed to submit to the Senate.

LOL, a hyper partisan impeachment is certainly an abuse of power the framers warned about.

Nothing was hyper partisan. Trumps own words, and numerous sworn witness testimony shows this. Sorry.

What does the constitution say about "hearsay, Opinion and conjectured" evidence?

That doesn’t follow. There are numerous witnesses who provided sworn testimony, trumps own words, and the call transcript. It’s why he was impeached.

Sorry but hearsay and presumption don't count as facts.

Neither of which were a part of the evidence provided in the inquiry. We have actual sworn testimony, trumps own words and the call transcript. Sorry.

Yeah, Trumps own words, " I don't want anything", the call transcript that does not include a quid pro quo, and testimony that was hearsay and presumption. The evidence was so solid that the dem clown show did not include it as an article of impeachment.

Right? At Trumps next rally, I suggest they use the music to Pinks "So What I'm Still A Rock Star":

No, his words “do is a favor”. And his explanation from the whitehouse lawn stating he wanted them to investigate biden before he released the aid. There was no hearsay testimony given. I’m sorry you always have such an aversion to reality.

"I’m sorry you find reality and rules set by republicans a crock."

    Again, you lie about me.

If they didn't set the rules; why did they hold votes on setting the rules?

    Hmm?

LOL, "if that's possible", sure sounds like a request and not a demand as the dem clown show says. BTW, the real quid pro quo was by Biden.

I take it you didn't listen to any of the testimony and only go by the demedia reporting. ALL of the testimony was hearsay and presumption. Not one of them could answer yes when asked if they witnessed anything criminal or impeachable.

It appears your world is the up is down, left is right, type of situation.

I know I'd not care to be judged on what someone THOUGHT I was THINKING.. Sound pretty unfair to me..
