When white people do 3% more drug related crimes,... than there should have been around 5 times more white people arrested over black (since the US has about 60% white vs 13 % black) not twice. Hence indeed... I am correct by saying cops are hunting black people 250% more often on drug related offenses by ignoring white people doing the same offense slightly more. That proves that systemic racism is widely spread among the US police force to get such a massive number.

You could say that if in 1 year it just happens to be so that cops just happen to arrest a heck of a lot of black people on drug related offenses compared to white people, that it's just a fluke. But cops are rather consistent on hunting black drug users and sellers and ignoring white drug users and offenders for decades on end by a margin of around 250%. Totally safe to assume that racism is the reason. Cops have had an active policy of racist profiling in the past. Cops played a vital roll in the Jim Crow apartheid era that lasted till the 1965 at least.

Here is a thought: you don't get to change a culture that has been present for centuries on end in a couple of decades.
Donald himself got raised up and benefited from being a 1st class citizen in apartheid United States till he was in his 20's.
And with him, lots of others have been forged in the racist poison of the US recent past and have passed their good ol' fashioned norms to their children.

 

No group punches as far above their weight than the predominantly white police force with violence.
Leaves little to the imagination what they do with unknown black people.
