Jamu & Kahsmir State Minister of health Shabir khan resigned from the government and facing the molestation charges made by a lady doctor in Srinagar. In her charges lady doctor claimed that she was asked to come to the office of the Shabir Khan and he took her to his private chamber and molested her. Later on she was also asked to come to the party and serve drinks to his friends.
