I wonder why HOMELAND SECURITY recently secured a contract for 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition ,of which 450 million rounds were .40 caliber hollow points which are not used for training or target practice, and banned by international agreement for combat. This is more ammunition than all of our troops have used in the last seven years! UMM!
First they dry up all the amunition, then they have gun buybacks, gun owner joe says " Might as sell this scince I can't get any ammo for it" Another sneaky method to have the americans willingly trade in their rights.
