    Better the CDC than a corporation now that genomes can be patented. This protects the virus for study for 30 years where the CDC has the authority to disperse it for study for developing immunizations. It was only established in 2008 from a deposit of the virus with the CDC in 2007. The virus has been around a lot longer than that in different forms.

    That the US or someone would have been trying to weaponize ebola is hardly "science fiction" to me. They were weaponizing anthrax and that whole media scare was being cranked to blast until they discovered that the anthrax came from a US instalation, then the story disappeared from the media.

    I couldn't be sure why ebola is the way it is right now, but even if they didn't start it, I think it's clear they are trying to cash in on the panic.

    With any luck it is capable of singling out Russian genes and is air dropped in arosel form over Moscow, one can dream lmfao
