The Israelis have admitted it with regret on CSpan.. The Sabeel tried to stop it... both Christians and Muslims ....but they recruited young men from the meanest of the Palestinian refugee camps.

Btw, are you taking a page from the redoubtable RC in making polls? OTOH it's funny but OTOH it has to stop, the whole polling function is getting silly.

A fair question to ask ronstar but the poll questions are biased without counter options....it's like the famous loaded question "Do you still beat your wife?" ...

you suggest that no country should be based on ethnicity....France works hard to keep their politics ethnically French.

French and secular...just as I want my country canadian and secular...I welcome anyone to my country as long as they join in becoming canadian and not attempt to impose their cultural/religious beliefs on my culture...if were to move to France I would expect to be french and no longer a canadian...

The french unlike the israelis are not dispossesing people of their homes/land...unlike israel france permits muslims to come immigrate and become citizens,...

People should be allowed to practice whatever cultural/religious belief as long as it is not hurting anyone.

It's not ok to hate muslims, so hating jews is moot, and it's not ok either. It's not permitted to hate ANYONE really. Hatred of others is actually hatred of oneself. Hatred doesn't do anyone any good. It's not that it's just wrong, which it is, but it's also counterproductive, it doesn't accomplish anything and usually just makes things worse.

Christians, for exemple, has done as much bad, often worse. Hate is a powerful word. When a guy says "I don't like Italians", he is talking about the genotype, or the culture?

It is normal, if not to hate, to dislike some other culture. While this isn't something admirable, it is certainly more legitimate than not liking someone because of that person' genetic make-up.

Yeah, there are a lot of Jews I don't like, but there are also a lot of white catholic guys like me that I don't like neither. When I dislike them, I dislike them all for the same reasons - because they somehow go against some principles of mine, whatever ther are. I dislike xenophobic, self-centered Jews like I dislike xenophobic, self-centered arabs or whites.

And it's okay. We're not suppose to like everything.

Sorry Ron. Some of your posts makes sense, some do not. This is one that does not. I see no point in it other then to inflame. Apparently I am not alone it this as the poll is over 11 days old to date with only two participating in it. I respectfully call it as I see it.
