Is it too late? Abbot Point, Great Barrier Reef

    There is an argument for that I guess, but I wasn't around keeping an eye on the weather thousands of years ago, so I can't say for sure. Having said that, we are definitely not helping the situation.

    Hard to know who to believe there is that much tainted misinformation circulating from both sides of the argument. However coral bleaching is not a new issue, it happens regularly in different parts of the reef at different times. It is pretty bad this time.

    Well,
    there is no harm in reducing our carbon footprint, I guess.
    All it requires is the willingness from our government.
    Sometimes I believe the private sector is miles ahead...
