Why yes, they bought stolen property that wasn’t theirs. Perhaps they even encouraged them to steal it by making it known they would pay for it.

The media is allowed to buy sources and information... happens all the time. Also, they were told it was abandoned property. You're citing people who allegedly stole something who are not part of Project Veritas. In fact, when PV determined it wasn't fit for publishing they offered to give it back to Ashley Biden. And when she refused, they turned it into law enforcement to help it find its owner.

Did the NY Times "steal" the Pentagon Papers? (This is a big hint for you to find the Supreme Court precedent).

Fake news. If you had something stronger than slander you would have led with that.

Oh no, the diary was stolen and sold to Veritas. That’s strong enough. It’s like a dog whistle for the MAGA crowd, just look at @popscott reaction: blind partisan support for criminals because it suits his MAGA allegiance. Just like you.

Doesnt matter. Either we have the right to elect morons and villains, or elections become merely selections. In which case the villains will be imposed upon us all.

What does the right to vote have to do with a pity vote?

WATCH: Whispering Aide Tells Sen. Dianne Feinstein to ‘Just Say Aye.’

'the obvious state of unfitness of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who is 90 years old and clearly suffering from cognitive decline. Now we have this nearly unbelievable spectacle.'

    CNN:

'Sen. Dianne Feinstein had to be corrected and told to vote during a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing on Thursday…+'

'During Thursday’s hearing, Feinstein was meant to cast her vote on the Defense Appropriations bill, requiring her to say “Aye” or “Nay,” when her name was called. When she didn’t answer, Democratic Sen. Patty Murray of Washington state tried to prompt her.'

'“Say aye,” she said, repeating herself three times to Feinstein.'

'Feinstein then started to read from prepared remarks, and was interrupted by an aide whispering in her ear.'

“Yeah,” Murray said once again. “Just say ‘aye.’”

    “OK, just,” Feinstein replied.

    “Aye,” Murray repeated once more.

'Then Feinstein sat back in her chair. “Aye,” she said, casting her vote.'

'This video of the event is unreal — almost beyond written description in its sinister creepiness.'

'90 years old Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) told to "just say aye" at vote on the defense appropriations bill.'

    Video at link.

'whoever this handler is whispering like a serpent into Feinstein’s ear, no one voted for him and he has no legitimate authority to be telling a sitting senator how to vote or what to say in front of a microphone.'

'This kind of disgusting, in-your-face flaunting of the fact that Congress is, at this point, largely vestigial is really getting out of hand. It’s exceedingly obvious to anyone who’s honestly assessing the state of the union that none of these elected members of Congress make any decisions of consequence.'

'This power arrangement, in which all decisions of import are pre-determined behind closed doors by unelected technocrats in the service of donors who are never seen nor heard from, is the stuff of revolutions.'

Also, unless they've done something illegal, it's largely a matter of opinion. One person's villain or moron is another's hero. So who gets to decide?

Honestly she seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about the bill they were voting on. But didn't seem to remember the process, so I don't know. Dems want her out so they can appoint someone even further to the left. I mean they couldn't care less when AOC says something totally unhinged.

I think there should be mental litmus tests for ALL of the three branches of government. For all ages.

SENATOR DIANNE FEINSTEINTAKEN TO HOSPITAL AFTER TRIPPING, FALLING IN SAN FRANCISCO

Senator Dianne Feinstein was at the hospital, TMZ has learned, after tripping and falling Tuesday in her home city of San Francisco.

We do not know how serious her injuries are ... only that she was taken to a nearby hospital. We told she returned home Tuesday night.

The 90-year-old Senator has struggled with health issues over the last year. She was absent from the Senate for nearly 3 months earlier this year dealing with shingles, Ramsay Hunt syndrome and encephalitis.

Obviously, should it become necessary to appoint replacement for DF, Newsom would be apponting a "caretaker" Senator (pledging not to run in '24).
He could find a Black Woman who fits the bill...

Only to have life long white guy run in her stead? That would go against what Newsom promised.

It's not so much her age it's the fact that she's been in politics since 1969. Never had a real job, never worried about paying bills, always had good health care, never gone hungry.
How can she represent the people who have when she has no idea about the real world the rest of us live in.
Term limits is the answer, not age limits.
Stop politics being a lifetime career.
