Is there an ozone-free negative ion generator?

For the life of me, I've not been able to find a negative ion generator that does not produce ozone. Does anyone know if there is such a product on the market? Does anyone one know how I could construct one?

    THANK YOU!
I just found it on Amazon.
It's not what I expected. It's not a functioning unit. How do I use it?

Ok, possible dumb question alert here - Does a shower, an in-home shower, produce negative ions?
I have a well. The electricity it would cost to run the shower is minimal, perhaps even less than running a negative ion generator without the ozone. My goal is to increase the negative ions in my basement office. I have a large bathroom and shower down there.
I want to experiment with that change in my environment for a while. I am curious about the claims of the benefits of negative ions that I've read. I am not a fan of ozone however.

I've learned that, if one wants to enjoy the health benefits of a negative ion environ indoors, the best way to go about is with a moving water feature. The most common negative environ we experience indoors is usually the shower.

lower voltages are likely to produce a lower ratio of ozone to negative ions

There are some negative ion grids that work as low as 600v, but they have to be large if you want much negetive ions.
