This is an interesting article that explains why we might be blaming Syria for using poison gas. Notice that the article was written the first week of May. So the plan to implicate Syria has been in the works for a long time. Also note that it's a fact that Syria does have a chemical weapons program, which does give the allegation that it used chemical weapons some credibility.
