Indeed, those who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - the gates of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise until a camel enters into the eye of a needle. And thus do We recompense the criminals.
They will have from Hell a bed and over them coverings [of fire]. And thus do We recompense the wrongdoers.
But those who believed and did righteous deeds - We charge no soul except [within] its capacity. Those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.
And We will have removed whatever is within their breasts of resentment, [while] flowing beneath them are rivers. And they will say, "Praise to Allah , who has guided us to this; and we would never have been guided if Allah had not guided us. Certainly the messengers of our Lord had come with the truth." And they will be called, "This is Paradise, which you have been made to inherit for what you used to do."
And the companions of Paradise will call out to the companions of the Fire, "We have already found what our Lord promised us to be true. Have you found what your Lord promised to be true?" They will say, "Yes." Then an announcer will announce among them, "The curse of Allah shall be upon the wrongdoers."
Who averted [people] from the way of Allah and sought to make it [seem] deviant while they were, concerning the Hereafter, disbelievers.
And between them will be a partition, and on [its] elevations are men who recognize all by their mark. And they call out to the companions of Paradise, "Peace be upon you." They have not [yet] entered it, but they long intensely.​

Question:

Why Allah allowed and encourage (through Muhammad's example) marriage between cousins? Does he not know it causes genetic disorders among offspring?

 

The chance of first cousins baby having genetic disorders is only a couple percent higher than non-cousins, and so is not that big of a deal.

While Islam does not encourage cousin marriage, it also does not prohibit it. But, it is not only Islam that doesn't prohibit cousin marriages. Only US states - and not all of them - prohibit cousin marriages. Of all the countries in the world. Does that mean all the world encourages cousin marriages? Of course not.

Muhammad's (PBUH) marriage to Zaynab can be explained in the following verse of the Holy Quran:

33:37 And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah ," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished.

Their marriage was used as an example to other Muslims that they can marry the wives of their adopted sons when the sons divorce them. Before this, adopted sons and regular sons were considered the same, and so marrying Zaynub would of been considered wrong by the people (it was a cultural thing). The purpose of this marriage was to end this tradition, and the above verse justifies it.

He probably had as little concern about genetic disorders as God as described in the Old Testament had. Accordingly the major Christian denominations in the US, such as Baptist, Pentecostal, Lutheran, Presbyterian, and Methodist, allow first cousin marriages.

Nothing to overly worry about: apparently genetic risks are relatively small and are comparable to the risks of late pregnancies.

To encourage first cousin marriages did not only make sense to Mohammed but also to the farming families in rural mainly Christian areas: marrying your cousin keeps the land in the family.

Which was probably not why Albert Einstein married his first cousin, Elsa Löwenthal, nee Einstein. He just seemed to be happy with her:

This one describes so many people:

2:6-7 Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

But if We give him a taste of favor after hardship has touched him, he will surely say, "Bad times have left me." Indeed, he is exultant and boastful -
Except for those who are patient and do righteous deeds; those will have forgiveness and great reward.
Then would you possibly leave [out] some of what is revealed to you, or is your breast constrained by it because they say, "Why has there not been sent down to him a treasure or come with him an angel?" But you are only a warner. And Allah is Disposer of all things.
Or do they say, "He invented it"? Say, "Then bring ten surahs like it that have been invented and call upon [for assistance] whomever you can besides Allah , if you should be truthful."
And if they do not respond to you - then know that the Qur'an was revealed with the knowledge of Allah and that there is no deity except Him. Then, would you [not] be Muslims?
Whoever desires the life of this world and its adornments - We fully repay them for their deeds therein, and they therein will not be deprived.
Those are the ones for whom there is not in the Hereafter but the Fire. And lost is what they did therein, and worthless is what they used to do.​

we are all focused on each other's faults so much
that we spare so little time to fix ourselves.

 

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah , the Sovereign, the Pure, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
It is He who has sent among the unlettered a Messenger from themselves reciting to them His verses and purifying them and teaching them the Book and wisdom - although they were before in clear error -
And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
That is the bounty of Allah , which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah . And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
Say, "O you who are Jews, if you claim that you are allies of Allah , excluding the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful."
But they will not wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.
Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do."
O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew.
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah , and remember Allah often that you may succeed.
But when they saw a transaction or a diversion, [O Muhammad], they rushed to it and left you standing. Say, "What is with Allah is better than diversion and than a transaction, and Allah is the best of providers."​

If you [disbelievers] seek the victory - the defeat has come to you. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because Allah is with the believers.
O you who have believed, obey Allah and His Messenger and do not turn from him while you hear [his order].
And do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear.
Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason.
Had Allah known any good in them, He would have made them hear. And if He had made them hear, they would [still] have turned away, while they were refusing.
O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.
And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.​
