Who else is as surprised about the findings of this report. So many people tells us this sort of thing is all made up by a few who wish to profit from an anti-Jihad movement. Its amazing they can teach these things when we're told by apologists Islam stands for none of these things, despite all the evidence. No idea where they get it from, we'll have to keep investigating this mystery

Nope still not seeing it, must be Robert Spencer's fault..... somehow.

It is with deep regret that I must report that the national post and SunMedia are right wing rags. The Post is oriented to the guys in ties and Sun is oriented to the guys in workboots.

Now I don't know how your government works, but CSIS would be considered the equivalent of the Homeland Security or MI5 if either of them held an amateur hour.
In order to justify their existence, since 2001 I might add, it is imperative that the internal threat assessments remain as scary as they can make them.

that is not to say that there aren't Islamist nutbars in Canada. Its just that they all seem to live under rocks and have almost zero visibility in mainstream society. that and the fact they have to walk very softly because they are aware that their own muslim community has a habit of turning these loonies in.

Maybe we are all fooling ourselves, but there aren't many people outside the national security biz that are all that worried about it.

Personal experience agrees with you here. Canadians are way too laid back, relatively speaking, to allow some nutjob to come in and possibly affect the beer industry in any way.
