We do not need to be in Israel. We should not be allies with Israel, instead we should just be trading partners. Being an ally implies that we have to help them in military situations. This is not wise, seeing as we are trillions of dollars in debt. Many people see Iran as a threat to Israel and the USA. Guess what? If we allowed Israel to take care of the nuclear program in Iran, we wouldn't be having this discussion. But the USA wants to control everything, everywhere. It is absolutely wrong. Now the politicians are fear mongering, saying that Iran will be able to nuke the USA or Israel. Israel is already nuclear. The USA has nukes (no really?). If Iran deploys a nuke, Iran will be a radiated desert for hundreds of years. I am sick and tired of people afraid of Iran and saying how we have to help Israel because they are so weak and fragile. We just need to stay out of their business. This is not an Isolationist foreign policy, it is a non-interventionalist policy. The difference is that we keep our noses out of people's business but we continue to have open trades with other countries - no tariffs. Let's compare this to Mexico. Let's say Mexico was developing nuclear weapons. Are we going to want to wait for permission from Britain to try to stop them from getting a nuclear weapon? HELL NO. We are going to do what is right to keep our country safe. We can't get in the way of Israel - they are their own country. Overall, it is foolish to send billions of dollars a year to a developed country... Especially when our own country is... Get this... TRILLIONS in debt. WAKE UP AMERICA, WAKE UP!
