    Nah it sounds like a police operation in an area which has a risk of armed reaction. The source likes to use terms like 'Israeli Occupation Forces' instead of Israeli Defense Force or Israeli Police, and what they call 'Israeli Intelligence' is probably the local court. If it was anything more serious I think they wouldn't be handing them notices to appear before a court and instead would be taking them in for questioning directly. Unless Im wrong, its just misdirection by muslim squatters in Israel (Palestinians) screaming wolf as per usual.
