He barely wins CA and gets hammered every where not a big blue city, Now understand I'd rather have Desantis myself, but who ever we nominate is going to get the same treatment as Trump. And if you listen to the left you will soon discover that Any body we nominate is Hitler. Meanwhile the real people aping Mussolini and AH all have a D after there name.

I agree that the Democrats will persecute any Republican who gets the presidential nomination. The Democrats can’t run on the issues because most of their policies stink. Therefore they have to make up indictments distract and confuse the voters.

As for Newsom, he’s handsome and looks like a president. He’s failed as the California Governor, but that doesn’t matter. Most voters don’t follow the news. They are low information voters. They don’t know he has failed. They will only know that he will, perhaps, give them something for nothing. And he will make sure they can abort their fetus whenever they please.

DeSantis is a far better Governor than Newsom. He my second choice after Nikki Haley.

The Democrats RAN on the issues in Ohio, guess what...abortion rights are now enshrined in their Constitution.

The Republican response? Did they chalk up the loss and acquiesced to the will of the people? Oh hell no. The Republicans are now trying to remove the issue of abortion from judicial review so that even if someone sues based on the Ohio Constitution that allows abortion it will be the LEGISLATURE who gets to decide how laws interact with this new Constitutional Amendment.

I have already posted that abortion is a losing issue for the Republicans and that they need to back off. It's been a loser for them even in a deep blue state like Kansas.

The Democrats stink with their excessive government spending, open borders, soft on crime, weak public education, excessive climate change positions, sexual orientation policies and inflation issues. They are underwater in the polls on all of those issues. But the abortion issue is an easy one, and the Democrats are winning with it.

Okay. Then vote for the guy who is one step from the locked down memory care unit.

It looks like Trump will get the Republican nomination anyway. He is a highly damaged candidate. Most of his problems are due to his big mouth. He will get my vote in the general election by default.
