I went to this basketball camp.

One day, we ran all day for hours and hours.

After running all day, we listened to a sermon.

Then we were given a candle and instructed to stand in a circle.

We were instructed to pass the flame from the person beside us if we believed.

Then we were instructed to look at the stars and apologize for ever questioning God's existence.

That was one event that turned me off of organized religion.

 

I believe whatever you believe is true even though it may not be true to someone else.

Normally, about 3,600 prescriptions are written for ivermectin in a week, the CDC said. This rose more than tenfold by the week of January 8, when 39,000 prescriptions were written. "Since early July 2021, outpatient ivermectin dispensing has again begun to rapidly increase, reaching more than 88,000 prescriptions in the week ending August 13, 2021.

The US Food and Drug Administration has cautioned people against using ivermectin to treat Covid-19. Last Saturday the FDA tweeted: "You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y'all. Stop it."

The CDC reminded doctors that ivermectin is not authorized or approved for use in Covid-19 patients. Doctors did investigate the possibility, but clinical trials of the drug "yielded insufficient evidence" to treat Covid-19.
