B) Go ask Gilad Shalit 0r any other Jewish captive how he /they was treated by Palestinian captors . IMO Shalit - looked well fed and healthier than most Palestinian held long priods in Israeli prisons.

If he was a Palestinian and there was even a thought that he might have had anything to do with any killing of any Jew he would be in jail for life. If he was one of the hostages Gilos talked about being released he likely will be back in jail already and many of them have nothing to be charged on so they are kept on indefinite detention - sometimes for years and years. Those who are tried and interrogations will be done by military not civil court and that includes those as young as 12 who will have no adult to protect them.

I have never heard of a Jew in a Palestinian Prison and if such ever occurred likely we would find the IDF off to release such person causing havoc on the way.

It is only 2 or 3 weeks since a man in his thirties was killed by the interrogation techniques used by the Israeli's against the Palestinians so I really do not know what treatment you can possibly think the Palestinians could give an Israeli which would be worse.

In this incident it is good that justice was done, just a shame that rather than be glad of that, the situation was used to politically insult the ethnicity which suffered the mass murders.

Yes in Israel they prosecute terrorists; whereas, in the Muslim countries they throw parades for terrorists who bash in the skulls of infants with rifle butts.

True story: When I was a little kid, no more than eight, there was something in the news about some criminal who got two life sentences. I asked my Dad if that meant if he died in prison at age seventy, would they keep his body in jail for another seventy years before they buried him?
