First, what is your "consistent definition of woman that makes plenty of sense"? Forgive me if you already defined it above. (Most of the thread has devolved into a discussion of sex versus gender.)

Second, most everyone, all along the left-right spectrum, knows "woke" when they/zir/zie see(s) it. It's like porn that way ... only worse. (It's funny that the woke used to call proudly call themselves "woke"; now it's some kind of slur if the wrong person uses the word.)

'Woke" can fairly be defined, I daresay, as "Hyper-vigilant in detecting and rooting out: 1) 'social injustice', defined as inequality of opportunity or result, as well as 2) support for social injustice, and/or 3) the failure to expressly call out and condemn social injustice."

Or words to that effect. An example, especially of the last prong, would be the organizing of the protest and then the disruption of Mr. West's speech defending America at U. of Buffalo last week.

One can quibble with my definition, of course: no two dictionaries define all words identically, but, if reputable, their definitions of most words will be substantially the same. Perfectio est inimica bonorum.

I would have included "adult" in the definition. A woman is an adult human female.

When I was young we would go to the Y and you had to go through the locker room and take a shower before getting in the pool. I assume there are still places like this. In the name of woke you wouldn't let children go in the pool.
