He's not needed any more. Colbert will be taking over TV's biggest bully pulpit in May. 5 nights of liberal every week in the most watched thing next to prime time, even the Koch's can't match that.
Ha! .... who then run to internet forums to tell us what opinion was fed to them that everyone else should buy into also. Jon can be funny.... but he's the king of "out of context". Stop a video in the middle of someone speaking... make a funny face... the crowd roars with laughter... then he finishes the sentence for the person. Eh.
You're assuming that Colbert is going to take his act over to the Late Show? Less than 3 million viewers, the last time I checked. Hardly "TV's biggest bully pulpit" like you claimed it is.
