He's still busy with the fake precedence argument (no, the case they are talking about doesn't actually establish precedence). At least it isn't as bad as the fake "he declassified all of this" Hurricane argument.

 

Well, that would open her decision up for appeal to the 11th and then she would not be able to keep her thumb on the scale nor dismiss the case (invoking double jeopardy) once the jury is seated. Her game is so patently obvious it's a wonder there is no legal mechanism to counter it. Surely it's been done before but this case is high profile so the spot light is on.

Regardless of this outcome, this case will not see a jury seated before November 2024. In that regard, justice is successfully denied. People have to get out and vote and take a non voting citizen friend to the polls period.

Seems that horrible day was a non event to the Trumpers. Amazing how much tolerance and acceptance they have for horrific violence.

Maybe some people "supported" the BLM riots. Not everyone. Being against violence means being against ALL violence. There ARE peaceful ways of getting a group's message across. The problem might be in group dynamics where a group can be triggered to violence and they all behave like a mob . That kind of thing is uncalled for. (no matter the "cause" or "reason") That is why preventing peple from building up anger to the point of this kind of radical behavior. Early recognition of potential unrest. (this is why it is very concerning when any potential leader's anger triggers rage in a population that can get out of hand very easily. A leader must NEVER fuel rage in others.
