The hack of the dnc and the release of the data

And I mean this in the nicest way: if your asking this simple question, how is it that you can defend what’s goin on if you don’t even know the core of the issue ?

No it isn't. There isn't a single , VERIFIED CRIME in it.

"Because we said so" =/= "verified".

How can the DOJ verify that the allegedly hacked DNC server was hacked by ANYONE, let along the Russians, when they NEVER GOT TO EXAMINE IT?

There are charges from long ago all the way thru 2017.
Using your logic a cold case would never be solved. I'm not using this example in the context of Mueller, just pointing out where you are off base.

Utter nonsense. They used an unprosecuted , OLD CASE of Mueller's to try to blackmail Manafort, then LIED ABOUT IT, and the JUDGE KNOWS IT, as do the sentient here.

COUNT ONE: Conspiracy Against the United States

Both men are charged with conspiring together and with others to knowingly and intentionally defraud and commit crimes against the United States between 2006 and 2017. If found guilty of this count, each potentially faces up to five years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

COUNT TWO: Conspiracy to Launder Money

Both men are charged with conspiring together and with others to transfer funds from outside the United States to and through places inside the country without properly disclosing the transactions or paying required federal taxes. Penalties for this count include up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of either $500,000 or twice the monetary value of the property involved in the transaction, whichever is greater.

    COUNT TWELVE: False Statements

Prosecutors allege that between November 2016 and February 2017 that Manafort and Gates conspired together and caused others to make false statements and conceal crimes against the United States. The penalty for this count is up to five years in prison.

    In a separate filing:
Some of the alleged bank fraud appears to have overlapped in time with the Trump campaign. Manafort and Gates joined the campaign in the spring of 2016 to help plan for the Republican National Convention, and Manafort was campaign chairman from May until he resigned on Aug. 19. But the White House has subsequently tried to distance itself from him, with Trump saying at one point that Manafort only worked for him for a “very short period of time.”

With no connection to the crime how could it possibly be used? The fact is the FBI turned over its fruitless investigation to Mueller and that is not how a prosecutor works. You have to have an actual crime to prosecute.

Putting crooks in jail is what works for me. It would seem letting them go is what works for you.

Does nothing to mitigate the FACT that the Witch Hunt LIED about the origins of Manfort's involvement in the SC mandate, ( has not one damned thing to do with Russia) and their CLUMSY, ILLEGAL attempt to cover it up, with the "ex post facto"..SECRET expansion of Witch Hunt powers...with NO CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT/APPROVAL, in addition to being issued AFTER the GESTAPO RAID IT PURPORTEDLY AUTHORIZED.

Any evidence from that raid will likely be disallowed...at the very least.

Judge Ellis then tells the SC that the indictment does not mention:

    (1) Russian individuals
    (2) Russian banks
    (3) Russian money
    (4) Russian payments to Manafort

    The SC concedes that fact.

It's worse than that. Mueller was FBI director DURING the fruitless probe. Looks like he saved it for BLACKMAIL....

I keep posting it and you keep forgetting (ii) in Rosenstein's memo.
You can Google the subpoena and see it did involve the Trump tower meeting among other things Russian. It did not require anything in additional to the original memo.

Few things more enjoyable than a court telling Mueller to stuff it!

Mueller can't do **** in this Court until he demonstrates that he has jurisdiction. What do you make of Crooked Mueller's team trying to tell the Court that Mueller's Jurisdiction was unreviewable by the court?
