What about Asian women? What about Native American women? Why are you arguing against them in favor of a black woman? The court is now 22% black despite being only 12% of the population. There are no Asians on the court. Why? What do you have against Asian justices that you would promote another black judge and force Asians to have no "representation" on the Court? Are you arguing that an Asian isn't as qualified as a black woman?

 

No. I don't think he is, but his criteria here is. I don't think he hates or wants to hurt white people. I do think he wants to win favour with the overly woke and doesn't care if that means adopting explicitly racist and sexist policy.

Dosen't answer the questian...I never said I was against any of those so don't put words in my mouth in order to divert attention. You said, "Picking someone based on the color of their genitals is not." since I think you were discussing a black woman I responded to that post.
So if it is ok to choose someone because of their stance on abortion in order to further represent that group why is it not ok to do the same if one feels black womer are represented.

Don't go nuts about percentages unless you are willing to apply it to the number of women and blacks and black women unless you are willing to look at the math since 1920 when women got the right to vote. In the hundred and two years dince then there have been 5 women, 2 black men, and as of today one black woman all the rest have been white men.
