Landslide victory for Mos.Bros in Egypt.

So then, congratulations to the Mos. Bros. on a free and fair victory which puts Egypt firmly back into the driving seat of moslem affairs in the Middle East and North Africa. Now a pact with the Egyptian people is required via the forthcoming forging of a Constitution.
The Constitution should, imo, remark upon the sanctity of life and protect it . There should be no capital punishment in Egypt - unlike in the US of AIPAC- and Mubarak should be spared the same murder that ' demahcracy ' brought to Saddam Hussein and Muhamar Gaddafi.
That's just one requirement for Egypt to rise above its decades of US-sponsored shame . The political system in America is broken. Whatever emerges from the Islamist ascendencies in Egypt and other Arab Spring countries must not ape the faults of the West. It must be a better system so that the West may look to it and follow. That will be the real victory of Islam- to reintroduce justice, compassion and peace to a failing humanity.

Really it is unbelievable!!! When they start destroying Egypt I hope that the people that supported them are held responsible because they will have blood on their hands to for doing so.

Hopefully it never comes to America having to go in and save these people's lives for their mistake.....so sad to see these hateful people come to power.

 

I certainly hope that Obama and Hillary Clinton are feeling good today, knowing that with their urging, Mubarak (an ally of the U.S.) is gone and the Muslim Brotherhood is now in the drivers seat.

Egyptians are stupid, aren't they? I've been watching the political debate in Egypt since the revolution, and the Muslim Brotherhood are the most democratic party, in that country for the moment. What you said is nonsense, even the salafist party Al-Nour (described as the "extremist" party), is not calling for those actions.
