The document signed by parents also asks that they do not “propagate doctrines” that are not in agreement with the belief that “God created the heavens and earth and all life by direct act, and not by undirected evolutionary process”. The job application asks potential teachers to agree that “a wife is commanded to submit to her husband”.

These only apply to people who CHOOSE to attend or seek employment there.

Yes, and I also said in other posts, that if they are 100% private they can do as they wish. If they accept any public money, then they need to follow public rules or lose public money.
And I also have said, our VP should not be endorsing such practices as the 2nd in charge of our secular gov't. And should not have his wife working for such a place either. It is not exactly a gov't endorsing a religion, but it is darned close.

What "public rule" states that folks that want to voluntarily associate and follow a code of conduct that avoids sex outside of marriage are forbidden from enjoying the same support we jointly provide ourselves? Public utilities are not gov't entities. Just pvt companies heavily regulated, in most cases.
