Free trade? Free for whom? Globalism? What about it? Changes to immigration law in what ways?

Let me guess, you want America to be like the UK? Why? Why do you want America to be just like the UK? Are they doing any better than us? Are they richer, more powerful, have better people? No, no and no.

In order for the ACA to ever work, you need to have a very robust economy with pretty much EVERYONE working. Basically, we taxpayers are just paying subsidies to the insurance companies to cover these people at a lower rate!

How about strengthening the economy, bringing in more jobs and getting these people working instead? We are not a welfare state.

The political establishment crooks have nothing to fear from their crooked prosecutors.
An honest prosecutor or a rogue grand jury could put the wood to them - with ease.

I am going to use the words of someone else, to explain some of the reasoning behind my support for President Donald J. Trump

    Source: https://secure.caseyresearch.com/ch...76&encryptedSnaid=&snaid=&step=start#AST68792

Please listen to this video message. As I have stated in the past, The United States of [North] America is finished. Meanwhile the situation is being exacerbated through the continued influx of excess population from, especially "Third World Nations". Those who have meticulously planned this, will point their claws at Russia, Mr. Trump, Iran, China, etc., when they are to blame ninety percent of the time. The other ten percent are the population and the politicians. blob:https://secure.caseyresearch.com/5ec07281-438a-4a82-a8d2-6f6ac11afe47

Do these people seriously think that allowing immigrants to flood this nation because they consume, consume, consume, and will save the day? If they do, they are daft. Import consumers do not elevate the fact that this country is bankrupt and no matter what, MOST of the consumer goods, such as automobiles, appliances, and even food are produced in other nations, so the money by in large leaves the country and will not pay the debt down.

Before we delve deeper into our respective political philosophies, do you agree I made the right choice in whom to vote for - based on the issues I mentioned (this was the question, I believe)? You may disagree with my views on those matters, but given my stated opinions, surely you don't suggest Trump would have been the better fit for me - do you? Acknowledge this, and then we can move on to discussing the individual issues (and please refrain from making assumptions, such as assuming I want the U.S. to be like the U.K.).

On top of using email, Madame Hillary was using wireless devices for much of her communiques. This aspect seems to be ignored, being the Sec of State, Hillary should have known better or knows/knew better but she obviously did not care. This is an example of her arrogance.

Now what? That is the question of the moment and the understatement of the year. I would venture into a long soliloquy about crime, punishment and the like, if I were naive but the reality of the subject of the emails and so many other thing will end as they usually end, with no one going to jail and prison, except for we common folks, e.g. the usual citizens and denizens of this nation while the crooks go free to commit some more outlandish and egregious acts. Yep, business as usual in these here parts.

The FBI Director having run an official, exhaustive investigation regarding the emails came to the conclusion that although she may have handled her communications in a slipshod manner there was not a criminal case here. Now I am sure that as the Director of the FBI, he is not as big an expert as Sean Hannity and the large cadre of internet trolls and anonymous bloggers, but until we change our legal rules, I guess law enforcement officials and DOJ officials will get to decide who gets arrested and locked up. Perhaps someday, deep into the Trumpworld experiment, simply getting a rabid, liquored up mob to scream, "lock her up"...."lock her up"...will be enough to drag people into jail, but for now we are going to have to settle for the present laws established via The U.S. Constitution.

I neither listen to nor like Sean Hannity. As for the former FBI Director, it is well-known that such "investigations" are nothing more than political pandering because if real serious investigations took place, most in government, including the FBI, would be cooling their heels in a hoosegow or gulag.

Well, it looks like Robert Mueller, who was appointed by Trump's own DOJ is conducting a real serious investigation as we correspond. It will be interesting to see what kind of evidence is discovered and who ends up in the hoosegow...

Sure he is. As is implied by my response, I have neither faith nor confidence in most official investigations; corruption is spread far and wide on both sides of the aisle, in the basement, on the roof, in the walls, and in the pews.
I guess you are of the believe that "because something comes from the Trump administration, I will support it." If you do hold this belief, that is entirely on you and has nothing to do with me and my support of President Donald J. Trump. As Mr. Trump has stated, paraphrasing, "Washington, D.C. is a cesspool and a swamp."

Why not answer the questions? You are the one who brought your political ideology into this. I merely asked if people have read the emails. If you feel defensive about the question, as if there is something to defend, then deep down, you are aware of how WRONG the democrat party really is, but you don't want to admit that because that would partially destroy some of your deeply held ideologies.

Your post is RW partisan BS trying to bait someone into a response.

In my experience, posts of that nature are not to be taken seriously.

Unless, someone is incredibly bored and wants to rack up posts engaging in dead end back and forth.

That is why I never waste my time addressing posts like that (other than pointing out their uselessness (as I am presently)).

Outside of a few RW Clinton/DNC haters, nobody cares about the emails.

But, feel free to carry on.

All the best and happy trolling. :salute:

Your opening post in this thread gave me the impression that you couldn't understand why anyone would vote for Clinton in light of the deplorable actions of the DNC. I was trying to help you understand that most of us vote based on our policy choices, and that's why the DNC actions (while serious concerns) didn't affect much (if any) voting. I would have thought my initial comment spoke for itself, but you then wanted to know what policies I was referring to. I answered that question, and also asked if you agreed that my choice was consistent with my policy preferences. That seemed a simple enough question, but instead of answering it, you blasted off 4 separate posts, challenging my policy preferences, stating your guess that I want the U.S. to be like the U.K, and bringing up some additional policy issues apart from anything I had said. I next repeated my question, and now you ask "Why not answer the questions?"

Simple answer: it's your turn to answer a question. It's not a hard one.

BTW, as you can see from my message count, I'm new to this forum. I joined it because I enjoy getting to understand the perspective of people whose opinions diverge from mine, and with sharing my own with them. This is only enjoyable when both sides make an effort to understand one another. I have no interest in engaging in hysterics, making or hearing irrational accusations, telling or being told I'm wrong/stupid/ or blind. If you feel the same, then we could probably have some interesting conversations. So you see, I need you to answer my one question first, because it will help show that you indeed want to have a productive exchange, that you are capable of and willing to try to understand something about a person with whom you disagree. You may not have noticed this, but there are an awful lot of people posting on forums like this whose only mission is to tell everyone who disagrees with them how stupid they are. I'm sure you will agree that they're a waste of everyone's time.

Why would you say that? I am curious to know if any leftists have actually read the emails. If it was a troll thread, it would have been removed by the moderators by now. So, you are wrong, as usual. :)

I mentioned the UK because you seem to want the United States to BE the UK. Is that what you want? If so, why wouldn't you just move to the UK or another country like it? There are plenty of European countries where you would fit in well.

If you want to fundamentally "change" America to be more like the UK, then you just don't understand America or Americans, and you would probably be happier living somewhere else. :)

Why? Because this is not your thread and your questions are not the topic of MY thread. ;) You are free to start your own thread asking your own questions though. By all means. I MIGHT even participate. :D
