When the discussion of climate comes up, it normally takes several posts and some poster blurts out ... "The IPCC" says this or that.

So, let's examine them. Let's disassemble the IPCC. Are they really experts? (see video)

Some allege that at the IPCC there is this vast body of scientists. No, there are papers there, but a mere few dozen deal with this extremely complex topic.

First of all, climate is not simple. I mention warming in the USA and a justified retort is, yes, but the USA is not global.

My mind hearkens to one of the major land masses, ie. the Antarctic and want to report my findings. While the USA is not GLOBAL, what is going on in the USA that somewhat matches the Antarctic. I am told about the Arctic. I saw one video I think reporting that melting ice at the North Pole (by the way, ice there varies a lot) puts us all in danger of deeper oceans. What they call rising oceans. If the problem is rising seas, that can be engineered. If it is urgent, let us all start to raise the buildings, perhaps construct protection in the form of walls to keep back the ocean, etc.

I want to circle my wagons to try to close a loop.

First, I shall give you some vital information. This woman in the Video will speak to some of the issues I raise.

So, do all experts agree on climate? No, they do not agree
Why not? Climate is perhaps the most complex science known to man.
But a lot is known? True which is why when your weather man tells you it will rain where you live, best you accept that.

We have proof climate changes. So I am no denier. I have endured the slings and arrows of that name. I have pointed to clear evidence climate changes. I have accurately reported that today we have the great lakes and we have to thank for those massive bodies of water, climate change. I have many times over the years pointed to the marvel of Yosemite Valley. This is glaciers at work. Yosemite was visited 3 times we know of by glaciers. Each time the place got more beautiful, mostly due to the stark steep walls of granite and the stunning waterfalls present. No glaciers exist today in Yosemite Valley. I offer proof climate changed.

I am the last person to deny climate change. I want answered though, in more than one sentence, why climate has radically changed in the past and man is not remotely to blame. Why this time? Some say carbon dioxide takes care of that.

Trouble is, science has reported that first we get rising temperatures, and after comes rises of carbon dioxide. We see this taking place in more recent times. We see carbon dioxide going up after our US warming period in the 1930s, and that is followed by a cooling over at least 20 years. Yet during those 20 years, carbon dioxide rose. I see no link to Carbon Dioxide.

Let's spend time on this video. I feel videos are excellent instruction tools. They in general are the product of various heads thinking and taking time to professionalize the presentation. I am just a guy who thinks the alarmists are doing it for money.
