been away for years. I just wanted to say that I voted for Trump and I am getting destroyed on social media. they have been hitting me hard and of course my buddy Alex Jones was banned.

it makes me sick.

Isn't Alex Jones the man that is being sued by the parents of all of those children that died in the Connecticut elementary school?

 

What about freedom of speech.

 

The same freedom of speech you wish to deny to NFL players on almost a daily basis?

 

No one is denying the players their freedom of speech.

 

If the NFL thinks it's a good idea to let their employees use their platform to push their politics then I say go for it. Just be prepared to suffer the consequences when people are offended and don't buy your product.

 

Freedom of speech does not insulate anyone from being justifiably criticized.

It is only those who resemble fragile water crystals who can't handle legitimate criticism that whine and throw hissyfits when they are called out.

Cue kneejerk whataboutism from the alt right.

 

You might try to resist the temptation to call them "liberal nuts".

 

"Legitimate" is not a requisite for criticism.

But I agree people need to grow a pair when it comes to words on a screen.

If they can't view the whole thing as entertainment, and nothing else, they probably should find something else to do with their time and energy.
