No, I said they wouldn't TELL ME why. It's not anything that I've done on any record anywhere.
The librarian just gives me a weird look when I ask to check out a book and backs away from the counter. She never says a word. Once she signaled a county cop that was standing outside the door.
I never get any answers from anybody.

 

That is really weird. Are you leaving out any relevant info about your appearance or behavior? Any reason to think you look threatening or unstable?

Worst case, you should be able to ask for a supervisor, or call the library, or SOMETHING to get someone to answer questions.

 

Standard old school shirt and pants. standard shoes. I hate standing out in a crowd. I don't get treated that way any where else.
My job involves member service personal contact sales. So not in any way odd.
Just a weirdo bunch of librarians.
