He weaponized the IRS.

He gave billions to Iran in a non binding deal that they openly violate today.

He sewed racial division on a scale never seen before.

He was unable to substantively improve the economy.

He spied on the incoming Administration, violating centuries of the peaceful transfer of power.

Trump is referring to US History, US Culture and US Heritage which is the securing and mutual respect for each others' basic rights. Hitler was committed to none of those things.
