    He has certainly been charged with attempting to overthrow an election with his false elector scheme. He is awaiting trial, currently held up by the Supreme Court who will consider whether or not a president can commit murder or any other crime without being charged criminally. Immunity implies that he could murder Melania on National TV, and be immuned from prosecution - RIGHT?

    She is right to be concerned. (as are many others). Like Niki (and Biden)... she cares about the country. She is experienced , intelligent and articulate. She is grounded in reality.

    Can you imagine how much the debt will rise ,should he take office again.?? He LOVES money , and spending OTHER PEOPLE"S money. No one respects him on the international stage. Other dictators find him amusing and possibly useful.

    Exactly - that is the folly of the Trump immunity defense. His lawyers were actually confronted by the DC court with a similar scenario. The lawyers were asked if Trump could have the military assasinate his political opponent and be immune from prosecution. His lawyers said, "Yes". This is exactly why the Supreme Court is being 100% ridiculous in taking on the case.

    False or true only a judge can make that determination, and to the best of my knowledge no formal accusations or charges have been made.
    So as Trump has been accused by a private citizen it's up to her to offer proof.

    U.S. Circuit Judge Florence Pan, a Biden appointee, asked Sauer whether a president who sold pardons to business associates, military secrets to a foreign adversary or ordered Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival could be prosecuted for those crimes.

    Sauer tried to hedge his answer, but ultimately answered no, again pointing to the impeachment process as the constitutionally mandated method of accountability.

    So there is no direct proof Trump actually said that... just hearsay from someone with an obvious bug up his butt.... ok.

    To be honest with you, from the Steele Dossier, to the two impeachments, to Russiagate to the endless indictments and civil suits spanning over three years... ALL WITH NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION ANYWHERE... I'm weary of following all the "hate Trump" silliness. I have much more important things to focus on... like nuclear weapons, terrorist attacks, Biden's wars, Biden's inflation, Biden's open borders and more.

    Oh, and he's correct about the impeachment thing. And the left tried that. TWICE. Without a conviction. (Like all the actions had no CONVICTION... anywhere.)

    If he got immunity, murdering others ( his opponents for eg) might be the least of our concerns.
