I think that if Trump had announced he was done with politics, the search would not have taken place either.
Regardless of the excuses made, the motives and objectives here have vastly more to do with politics than they do with law.
These people would accuse Trump of being communist because he wore a red tie if they thought it would diminish his support.

If the mayor of your city perceived you as a potential political threat, and so had you investigated for something, regardless of any evidence or proof of wrong doing, you have then become the focus of a criminal investigation- and that will diminish your influence. Be a stigma attached to your reputation in the minds of some, regardless of such a charge being dismissed for lack of evidence. That can be accomplished without evidence or crime at all- and you wind up, in some minds, as always a suspect. It's politics- not law. And it's abuse, malfeasance of office.

This kind of crap has been an obsession of the left since the day Trump announced he would run. All moral codes have been discarded, the hate is so strong the end justifies all means. You should ask yourself what that says about their character- and if you want that kind of people governing you.

 

Try reading the part slower that says "There is nothing in that court document that indicates the search and seizure was ordered by or coordinated or known to Biden, or that he was aware of it" And try readling slower the part that says, "His participation early on was incidental, only".

In other words, popscott, all the court document shows is that Biden's participation was early on was incidental, there is no evidence in the court document that Biden play a particating role in the raid,

None.

Proof of that fact is that if there were, it would have been stated in the document, and it just isn't.

There is no evidence the search and seizure was a political act. None. The chronology proves that the DOJ/FBI went out of their way to be patient with Trump. Had it been anyone else jerking around the FBI on TS docs, that persons would have been arrested much much sooner in the process.

 

Trump has no right, as ex president, to steal top secret documents.

NONE.

Had it been someone else, he would have been arrested by now.

She had 60,000 emails, as SoState, she's not going to sort them, staff are. They did, and she ordered those that were sorted as personal to be deleted, a few weeks before a subpoena. apparently out of the 30,000 that remained, her staff missed three that were marked with a C.

You don't hang someone on that kind of scant evidence.

Trump stole documents physically stamped, in big bold letters "Top Secret" , removed them from their SCIFs. That's a 793 violation, and then he concealed them from the FBI, and that's a 1519 violation.

She had staff dispose of government phones with hammers as admitted by one of her staff members. That’s destruction of government property that may have had info in it about her emails as well. She was no innocent and like I said she still had government secret emails on her private server.

From the evidence posted in the OP, Biden may have been aware of the ongoing attempt to get the records back from Trump but nothing shown corroborates the claim that Biden authorized or was personally aware of the raid. If there's some evidence that can be posted that shows differently, now would be the time. Otherwise the OP has a misleading thread title.

 

I would assume he would have been made aware. These were, after all, documents that he had legal access to that was being withheld from him. But agreed, there's no sign so far that he "authorized the raid."
