    99% won't have their taxes raised because of Biden.
    It should also be noted that T**** lowered taxes for no one, he only deferred collecting them.

    I’m asking not because I want an argument, I just simply want a logical view from the other side.
    I know I benefited, not dramatically but a $5000 tax cut in my world makes a difference.

    Unless you are a 1% er your deferral expires in a couple of years, unlike the 1%ers. Why would you support your tax collections going up but not theirs?

    With all due respect, that portrait was hideous.

    I would have hung it due to tradition, but in some back room out of sight of foot traffic. In my house that means the 3rd bedroom closet, the White House is a tad larger so I'm sure there is a bare spot in a hallway somewhere.

    Sorry Obama, it's not you, it's the painting, should have been returned.

    Oh, I agree completely. The portrait is awful. It's his choice to present himself for posterity in any way he wants, though. It's not a sitting president's job to determine if a past presidential portrait should be official, though.
