So you didn't know there are federal guidelines on age to run for president.
Really not surprised at that comment

Yeah you had 6, Biden said it was over, and it did end, Trump and MAGAs haven't stopped with their false accusations. Like the 1/6 insurrectionists, Trump will get his, its his bed, he made it.

And you would be exactly right.

Democrats have a unique history of using a magnifying glass to interpret single sentences or phrases of amendments say (X).
While refusing to acknowledge EVERYTHING in the constitution complies with EVERYTHING in the constitution.
There are no amendments that can contradict other amendments. The entire document has to be considered any time an amendment is written or read.

Example, you can't write an amendment that stipulates under (X) conditions a judge can find someone guilty of crimes without a jury, when the 6th amendment already EXPLICITLY states no judge can do that.

Even your Democrat judges who also hate Trump won't pile on because they don't want to look like idiots when the SCOTUS rules on this for a 2nd time. Which is also why these same Colorado justices have put Trump back on the ballot until they hear from the SCOTUS.
If they were so sure in their ruling, they wouldn't reverse their own decision so fast.

They want to read the 14th in a bubble. It HAS to comply with the ENTIRE document which means no judge can determine ANYONE has committed crimes to remove them from ballots.

Again, please show me one conviction of insurrection! There hasn't been, nor will there ever be, as they truly do not want discovery to tear their fabricated narrative apart.

How many people have been charged with insurrection so far?

"Reportedly". Just another claim among millions.

He was President. He had the power to do so. And since the target was not Russia, but ISIS, it only makes sense to warn Russia so that their people, who were in the targeted area, are not caught up in the crossfire which could have led to a war with Russia had they not been informed. This is, despite leftists claims, not an uncommon practice.

So far the only rules being abandoned is the Right's trying to try these cases in the court of public opinion. We have a justice system, let it do it's job.

The motion to disqualify Trump in Colorado was written by Michael Luttig, a retired conservative judge.

Also in the 14th amendment, everyone is entitled to due process. No one has been charged with insurrection.. however the Colorado supreme court and Maine has in essence, convicted Trump of insurrection without a trial.

We can call it an answer, but it was not an aster to the question asked.
You mean when you said "until they hear from the SCOTUS" you meant they already ruled :D

Like I said I will respect whatever ruling they come up with, so I don't know what your beef it.

What a bunch of BS. Its the Trump haters trying to ignore the 5th and 6th and use public opinion while the "Right" is trying to make sure the 5th and 6th Amendments are followed which requires a criminal court to determine the facts as opposed to just using public opinion. Jesus Christ the amount of balls it takes to state the complete opposite of reality is astounding.

No, rather State laws usually are concurrent with Federal Law, until this freak show of events. Leave it to the Left to revisit the continental dollar crisis, which paved the way for the federal government.

These 14th Amendment attempts are not in congruent with federal action, it has preempted federal action.

Repeating a falsehood over and over won't make it true.

Quote me the section of the 14th amendment where it states that the candidate must have been convicted of insurrection to be disqualified.

Yes there is: 18 USC 2383.

There is no state law in Maine that gives the secretary the power to declare Trump guilty of insurrection.

You have to be 35 to run.

    Trump meets all the requirements.

It's the same people that where saying "I'll never take a Trump vaccine" to "You all are conspiracy anti-vaxxers". The source says it all.

The 14th Amendment does not exist in a vacuum. The rest of the Constitution also applies.

That’s a federal requirement. Do you want to states to enforce it?
