It is a rumour that people used to be able to make it rain, and, a belief in the ancient people that a rain dance would lead to making it rain, yes? no doubt, if this were true, then everybody would do it and it would rain on crops more, of course. but, i have a theory with medicine that the aliens came to earth and showed the medicine men exactly what herbs to use for which illness, and over time they forgot as medicine men became phonies and exploited the people, or, that the diseases evolved and they did not know which plants to use any more. i liken this to the foundations of the rain dace, of course. In my country, many people claim to be able to stop it from raining. these people pray to god outside their houses, and then watch portable televisions outside in the garden, to see if god blesses their luxuries, of course. it seems to work, as people keep on doing it, and, we in cape town have had barely any rain this past year. So, to be more productive, they should try to make it rain, yes? maybe if we were to observe that these powers bless them by holding the rain at bay, we could 'act as the powers' and make it rain, of course. this was symbolized in a dance where there was a fire lit for heat to warm the air, and the dance was a tribute to the gods. maybe we take things for granted now, or have lost our passion? Anyway, if we want to make it rain, first a lot of people helping would boost our chances. then, we would need cloud cover, of course. summoning the winds to do this would be more possible by having a pole up in the air to magnetically attract clouds, like a mountain? substituting this for a 'fireball,' something i have heard is possible of late by various witches, we could simply allow the fireball to remain in the air attracting clouds and then dissolving them into rain drops, of course. Or, we could, first of all summon clouds. getting the wind to blow them in from out at sea would be made possible by breathing in from the area you wish to attract clouds, and, then out in the same direction. this will symbolize the 'size' of the person, or, psionic skills, manifesting in the wind. imagining that uranus and mars are travelling around the world in the direction that you want the wind to go would help too. then, you need to also create static by rubbing your hands together and holding them in the direction you want the rain clouds to come from. Imagining mountains that are behind you, or, in front of you, could help too. drawing them in the air with your hands could create an impression of these mountains and then there would be a 'mass impression' of some kind in the air. having people help you do this might help with the chi aspect.
