The father of one of the girls, after talking with other neighbors complaining about the drone, shot the drone out of the sky with his shotgun when it flew over his property. I think the guy is protecting his family. If they want to charge him with firing a gun in city limits, that's their business, but I wouldn't charge him. He did it safely with the right weapon (no bullet falling from the sky) and nobody was hurt. The dad plans on taking the drone owner to court. He is upset that the memory card wasn't confiscated for evidence from the drone before giving the drone back to the owner.
