    Good news: The police are investigating. Bad news: Somehow, it's "unclear" if the innocent victim will be facing charges from escaping a deadly encounter.

    No, seriously. You are allowed to use force to de-escalate the situation, as long as once the threat is neutralized you stop said action. In this case, he IMO should be entitled to flee the angry mob even if the fools bull rushed him. The victim should have priority, not the scumbag.

    Of course, we wouldn't be in this situation if the governors in their states and mayors in their cities ENFORCED the law to begin with. What are we paying taxpayer dollars for? To be abused due to slavery sins 150 years ago?

    Soo much for a "more perfect union" when your mode of transportation is now threatened by arm wielding terrorists, sorry I mean "protesters".
