Manafort / NUNES trying to talk their way out - not going to happen

Mark this thread... As time goes on, he will get caught, along with Nunes trying to hide info, both will be in trouble as the week goes on...
Manafort offered to come forward at first, then backed down. He received 10M a year and was removed from the trump campaign because the campaign and Trump knew if they cut ties at the time, the collusion might slide through and no one would catch it... CAUGHT.. and it will come out.
Nunes meanwhile is collecting INFO on TRUMP / OBAMA / CLINTON and whoever else. Is suppose to take this information, hold it tight, and share only with his committee, yet he runs over to the whitehouse with it and comments publically as if (it needed to be shares with TRUMP) Trump states on this conversation that he now "feels partially vindicated" this is after meeting with Nunes.

The chairman of the House intelligence committee has backed down from his dramatic assertion that Donald Trump and his aides were "monitored," by U.S. spies — a claim the Republicans have cited this week in emails to loyalists. Mind you, this is information he never even showed to the committee ! Now he is backing away from the claim ?
What he has done is grounds for termination, along with the Speaker for NOT making him go to the committee with the information and going to directly to the President. In the end we will find out the INFORMATION found was collusion between Manafort and the Russian, all part of the 10M a year that Manafort was receiving, and this info (now found as proof) had to be transferred over to Trump via Nunes because NUNES has been told by the speaker to COME TO ME WITH ALL INFO and I will tell you what to do with it.
This is all over the top hiding of information by the republican party. Just like when Clinton got busted, Nixon too, wanted to hide all the wategate info... All bad, All Politicians, Not just republicans. You should not cover for your politician just because he is in your faction. Don't do it or you will go down with them... Nunes is going down, so is the speaker. Trump on the other hand has no tie with it... He is smart to make others do his dirty work.
He is just a liar, a grouper, does not know how to govern... He promised he would take care of OBAMACARE right away, now he is blaming the Dems... This CRAP never ends..
Until we as americans step up and stop taking this Finanical backed Garbage, we are all stuck down here in poor town..

Nunes appears to have made his move in a not so veiled attempt to destroy the credibility of the committee because he knows that Manafort did something that if not illegal is at least immoral but still gives the perception of illegality.
What needs to happen is impeachment which will not happen since the GOP controls both houses.

There is more and more evidence pointing to nefarious links between Russia and the Trump campaign. We know the liar-in-chief DID meet Putin at least once during Miss America held in Russia - possibly innocent, but why all the lying??? We are supposed to believe Sessions meetings were harmless - so why did HE lie - too many lies, too much denial.
The financial links Trump has to Russian funds is a treasure trove of corruption.
Nunes and other Trump lackeys will not be able to hide all of the filth that will come out of investigations. We can only hope for enough patriots to get the truth out.

 

This nonsense about Nunes tipping off Trump about the Russian connection is nothing but a sophomoric diversion and smokescreen to divert attention away from the likelihood that the Obama administration illegally and immorally used government intelligence surveillance to spy on and cause trouble for a presidential candidate and a president- elect on his team, which, as Bob Woodward said, would obliterate Watergate.

 

At this point it's silly to speculate, since nothing is is happening until the coming week anyway.

 

If that were the case, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee would have briefed his colleagues before running to the White House. He didn't do that, which is a fundamental breach of his colleagues' trust. That act undermines his credibility as Chairman and the credibility of his whole investigation.

Trump made up the claim about Obama wiretapping the Trump Tower, and folks like Nunes have been trying to give him cover ever since.

On Wednesday, Nunes berayed his colleagues by running to Trump and the television cameras. The next day, he apologizes and announces that Comey et al are going to testify.

The next day, he cancels that hearing, again with no explanation to his colleagues.

It is clear that something is going on, and the Nunes is being used (or actively colluding) with the White House while they try and get their story straight.

Woodward sold his credibility for big checks and access during the George W Bush era. His opinion hardly matters.

Since few are contesting the apparant fact that the Russians tried to cause trouble for a presidential candidate, looking into what went on, and whether that candidate's opponant might be in on the deal is clearly appropriate.(especially in the light of a mountain of past associaitions and connections within that campaign)).

 

Here we go.... Opening up today and by Friday, a HUGE DEAL !

Oh my God, a senator on the White house grounds, it's obvious he is working side by side with Putin. And Trump's son in law he is the devil, how could someone marry a Trump and not be the devil . Nunes going to the minority leader is a simple courtesy and does nothing to subtract from a chairman of an investigative committee form informing a person that he and his colleagues and family might have been illegally surveilled. His information had zero to do with any alleged collusion with the Russians, which Clapper on down have said there is no credible evidence for such. It is just creating a smokescreen mountain out of nothing, running around with arms flapping and shouting 'don't look at that, look at this!'. It wasn't until late election night, after their shoe-in landslide victor flamed out and caused this mass depression that they dreamt up the Russian collusion tale.

Yes it is clear that something is going on and that is Obama and his administration feloniously using national intelligence to surveil an opposing presidential candidate.

Actually Woodward enhanced his credibility in the Bush era which is why the Democrats and media trashed him so -- he's too old said one cute little ignorant info babe, not good enough to sharpen Woodward's pencil.
