How was this "design" implemented? We have a mountain of evidence for climate change, and this wingnut claims it's all a political conspiracy? Riiiiight. Tell me another. Models are not evidence and never will be. Observed data married to the models is the evidence, and to date that data is falsified by all of those receiving payments from the governments. There is a good documentary about climate control. They are controlling the weather with low frequency radio waves using HAARP. Planes are releasing a mixture of aluminum and barium into the air, you have all seen them do it. When a plane leaves a long trail that doesn't disappear but lingers all day like a cloud. They will look like an x in the sky some times. That is the aluminum and barium particles. Then they send a frequency that interacts with the cloud of metal causing it to form rain clouds or to make the rain clouds disappear. They call it Geo engineering.
