I am of the belief that P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau made a terrible error back in 1974 that
greatly decreased the economic growth potential of Canada.

    .....
Here is how the national debt of Canada took of after P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau's
    terrible decision.

It is projected around 2 million job losses in US from US government over time if they impose tariffs.

I posted a link before but am too lazy to look around for it again. So, meh.

I don't see trade between the U.S. and Canada as being all that big of an issue. The two countries have fairly similar wage levels and standards of living, and the entire population of Canada is still a little smaller than the largest state in the U.S.

I do know that a lot of people in Detroit were unhappy about all the automotive manufacturing moving across the border to Ontario though. But the unions were the ones who pushed them out (not intentionally). They got a little too greedy.
(which is another story and I don't want to derail the topic here)

President Trump might well be setting Mr. Andrew Scheer up to become Prime Minister in 2019 because
most of us Canadians will know immediately that P. M. Andrew Scheer would immediately hit it off
with President Trump and many of his leading advisors.

    P. M. Justin Trudeau is playing a dangerous game with the political gambit that he began
    in 2017:

    P. M. Justin Trudeau makes daring gambit regarding abortion issue.....

    I just watched the video......
thank you immensely for that link.

I believe that Canadian political leaders should speak to their colleagues in America, Australia and Israel
about a plan to prevent a massive devaluation of the USA petro- dollar through cooperation on
    a series of mega- projects:

    P. M. Netanyahu, President Trump has a 4.3 trillion dollar problem....

and..... we Canadians should elect Mr. Andrew Scheer as P. M. in 2019 ...
because he would certainly show more respect to an idea based partly on
Isaiah chapter 35 whereas P. M. Trudeau is going along with Mr. Al Gore far too
    closely.

I got into that in my 2008 campaign which is copied in post #3 here:

    What happened was
    :flagcanada: globalized its economy
with the predictable outcome on people who work to live.
Why hire a :flagcanada: college grad when one in China et al comes so much cheaper.

    What happened was
:flagcanada: did not support its' own working people.
The more "Left" the gov't, the worse it got. Witness both Trudeaus.

    Fair Trade Yes
    Free Trade No.
    Is the answer.

Then again, :flagcanada:s may vote their wallet over ideals.
Better for :flagus:s with a "Trump".
They will vote for the :flagcanada: version of Trump.
Remember, working people also rejected Hillary.

    Be Prepared.
YOU may be surprised as I was election eve.
I delayed turning on the election news because I just could not stand to watch
Hillary declared the winner and hours and hours of this State, that State awarded to Hillary.
Imagine my surprise when I tuned into the last 2 hours when it was a toss-up.
"We" were so programmed/brainwashed for a Hillary victory.
    Tell me it ain't so.
    Can :flagcanada:s avoid similar brainwashing?
    How about it @wyly
Have you had your brain washed by your media? And would you know.

Because I am not worried about the price of rice in China.......
I am worried about assisting the Orthodox Jewish community to rebuild their Jerusalem Third Temple!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...-rebuilding-of-jerusalem-third-temple.445978/

Should Canadian political leaders support the rebuilding of Jerusalem Third Temple?

It could assist with our diabolical plan to inflate Canadian real estate prices????
