    Long time defender of MAGA-centric violent protests, Taylor Greene, is calling for portests after failed former president Trump was subjected to laws!

    Also note a few weeks ago she said folks should not protest.

    Greene's selective outrage of crimes, depending wholly on who the accused criminal may be, seems consistent in her incessant defense of Trump.

    WASHINGTON — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., one of Donald Trump’s closest allies on Capitol Hill, said Friday she will travel to New York next week to protest the former president’s indictment and urged other supporters to join her.

    “I’m going to New York on Tuesday. We MUST protest the unconstitutional WITCH HUNT!” Greene tweeted to her 663,000 followers.


    The Tuesday protests would come on the same day Trump’s attorneys have said the former president and 2024 Republican presidential front-runner is expected to be arraigned in court. A Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump on Thursday for making alleged hush-money payments to women who claimed to have had relationships with him.

    Greene's call for protests is a reversal for the conservative firebrand and Trump loyalist, who less than two weeks ago pushed back on Trump's own call for his backers to “Protest, take our nation back!”

    what would that accomplish? No matter how wrong it is what has been done to Trump, the media would use the visual as a tool to gin up Democrat voters.

    I think a silent prayer vigil would do more good than a raucous protest. Imagine thousands of folks holding candles in silent support.

    How in the heck would the media be able to put a Democrat spin on that?

    Well, Marjorie is pretty stupid, and has consistently rallied to the defense of MAGA centric criminals.

    Oh yeah, and candles. Unscented, gluten free vegan candles for Trump!

    Knee jerk "Back The Blue" Trump supporters would be able to enjoy close contact with the 33,000 uniformed NYPD police officers deployed to meet them.

    IOW, protests in NYC and DC are useless. Even the better organized BLM/AntiFa protests ultimately accomplish nothing.

    If you protest for Trump, and get arrested, the decision to prosecute will be made by Bragg's office and if it goes to trial, it will be before a jury that is D+75.

    I think I'll leave the protesting to MTG
