Well the GOP has the weird rule that it only takes 1 person to trigger the vote. They should fix that. Anyway, this was never going to go anywhere with so many democrats indicating that they wouldn't let it happen over that Ukraine funding vote. The current Congress is a disaster but that is why political parties should have clear party platforms and stick to them I.e “this is what we intend to do and this is how we will do it”. Where is the GOP’s party platform?
