EXCLUSIVE – Mark and Patricia McCloskey– two married St. Louis personal injury lawyers in their 60s who faced the "worst days of our lives" after they were slapped with felony charges by a Soros-backed district attorney for "defending" their home during the Black Lives Matter riots – spoke out to Fox News Digital about finally breaking free from restrictions on practicing law.

"The only unforgivable crime in America is standing up against the left," Mark McCloskey told Fox News Digital.

Mark said that he and his wife were victims of a "political persecut[ion]" by DA Kimberly Gardner over a June 2020 clash with BLM, which they continue to maintain was an act of self-defense…

…"This is like they're two different nations. [There is a] nation of people that respect the Constitution and believe that individuals have a God given right to be free and self-determination and a duty to have self-respect and integrity. And [then the people who]… want to crush freedom and crush independence and create a single world socialist government."…

Fortunately for people in Kansas City and St. Louis they are in a red state that can deal with idiot Soros backed DA’s. Her charges against this couple were ludicrous. They were simply defending their homes vs a mob and she sided with the mob.

Are those those two clowns that brandished guns, pointing them at people walking past their house?

Where I live the whole neighborhood would be like that couple if a lawless mob showed up, and others from other parts of town would have confronted the mob in the street. They are lucky that at least their state is red and they had legal remedies.

It was peaceful. Didn't you see the caption? Why would anyone be concerned when all over the country businesses were being destroyed, people attacked, cars flipped and set on fire by BLM protests. How could anyone think that a large group of angry people who broke down a locked gate to gain access to a neighborhood would be anything but peaceful just like the picture.

And this was going on at the time in St. Louis if you really must know. . .
"Protests turned violent in downtown St. Louis Monday night as four officers were wounded by gunfire after midnight. Protesters looted many downtown businesses and set fire to the 7-Eleven store in Downtown West."

He’s destabilizing many cities across America electing virtual public defenders to be DA’s who then refuse to enforce the law.

I do not but who needs one to take them on? Take ‘em on in the street. Stand in front of their route, stand on the sidewalk between them and homes, taking down and holding for arrest any that are not peaceful. If they assault local residents then those with guns can use them since they’d be defending others from harm rather than merely defending property. If unarmed civilians are between a mob and their target and they hit kick, push down, shove, or use blunt force weapons to get at their target then police or a militia could freely use any force needed to stop them.

Excellent to hear. They justly defended their home against the blm terrorist mob. The anti American that attempted to put them in jail has a history of similar bullshit.

in a gated community, this one I agree with, charges never should have been brought against them

they broke the gate to gain entry - thus defending one's property is acceptable

now had the protesters been on public streets or sidewalks, it would be different

I never begrudged those folks feeling their home was threatened. There were certainly groups of "protestors" who felt they had a mandate to go out and be destructive. Was that how the mob in front of their house was acting? Would that mob have done illegal things or just protested? Who knows. Between COVID and the larger more violent Floyd protests, people were unsurprisingly going to be on edge.

Embattled Soros-Puke St. Louis Prosecutor Sanctioned By Judge Amid New Complaints
    [IMG]
'...for withholding evidence in a double-murder case, while allowing the suspect out on bond, amid rising criticism about left-wing prosecutors allowing crime to flourish in major U.S. cities.'

'In 2018, the Supreme Court of Missouri ordered Gardner to be disciplined for misconduct in the 2018 prosecution of then-Gov. Eric Greitens, a Republican.'

It's not just the McCloskey's this Soros-Puke tried to work over.
