Two McKeesport men are accused of robbing a 90-year-old woman in a home invasion early Thursday in Elizabeth Township, and one of the suspects is charged with assaulting her. The woman told township police she was sitting in her living room watching television when her cable service went out and she heard a “heavy noise” twice at her door, according to court documents. The woman said two men then knocked open the door and came into her home. It depends on if they have priors (previous criminal actions that lead to conviction). If not, most white people get second, third, fourth chances so they would probably be put on probation and ordered to go to drug rehab. They both are addicted to meth so that's typically an in-rehab detox. If they have prior convictions, those will be taken into consideration along with their victim's "Victim Impact Statement" if any.
Considering their ages, they could be looking at what would amount to life, and even that isn't long enough.
Bigots like to claim that non-white people are treated fairly and systemic racism doesn't exist. It does. These two will most certainly get a lighter sentence if this crime had been committed by any other race.
Meth rehab, the judge will grant leniency! And while they serve out 90 days, we the taxpayers will pay for their new teeth
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that most likely won't happen depending on any prior convictions, parole violations and the judge (and jury) and Public Defender (I'm assuming they don't have $ to hire private defense attorneys). Some murderers get less time than that.

Assaulting a 90 year old is a pretty hideous crime. Getting robbed in one's home is very traumatizing.

In other words, when the perps are minority, I want you to make the same comments, you know, spread the blame? Spread the blame may not be the correct phrase.
