In the US the journalist who creates fake news will be fired from work.

NPR told the story.. Useful fake science idiots in Germany wrote a "research" paper that the CIA made AIDS to kill blacks and gays at Ft Dietrich at Edgewood Arsenal.. They got it published in an Indian Newspaper and let it stew for a few days.. Then the Kremlin news sources cited it and before long Dan Rather was on the TV saying the Government made AIDS..
