I have an idea for a contest. Everyone designs a menu. You must have 5 appetizers, 5 soups, 5 salads, 10 entrees (2 meat{beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, etc...}, 2 poultry, 2 seafood, 2 pasta, and 2 vegetarian, as well as side dishes to compliment each dish) and 5 desserts.
Wow, Sounds like allot of work there Dag. Why not just do a normal dinner party style menu with an appetizer, salad, soup, entree, vegetable, starch, and dessert ? I'll bet you get many more takers, AND some useful menus.
