And, obviously it wasn't enough to get him fired.

I am just pointing out that this Cop is very controversial.

And, he has a history of being controversial.

"Suspended with pay" seems to be getting off easy.

The fact that until the Civil Acts in the 1960s, a majority of minorities and women were often best they could hope for is a janitor job or other low end job or be accepted at any good school.

Slowly, that has been changing, but the families who two hundred years and 10 generations of father to son and the wealth of non taxed capital gains from those same generations has made an enormous gains for the wealthy, or if someone outside the family needed to be hired, they didn't hire a sharecropper, it was your white buddy Biff from your rowing school.

That wealth IS the accumulation of years of racial advancement from white privilege that has kept the white privilege on top.
