I have not made the design as yet but the physics of the design will work according to the physics involved . If the device does not work then the present physics must be wrong because I know my design is correct to achieve the desired outcome using present physics . If you are interested we could arrange a disclosure contract and take it from there . To hear me out and agree to not steal the idea costs nothing . Alternative you or somebody could paypal me an amount for total control of the notion.
