    More insanity

Read the highlighted passage carefully: May still have external male genitalia. And this is medical guidance presented in a situation where the person in need of care is in there to give birth.

    From the guidance material:

"It is important to note that while most times the birthing person will have female genitalia, you may be caring for a pregnant or birthing person who is transitioning from male to female and may still have external male genitalia. You need to be familiar with the catheterization procedure for both female and male anatomy. For this reason, where appropriate, this book refers to the birthing person."

Some of these people seem to be so in denial they are unwilling to admit that any fixed distinction exists between males and females, that everything is "relative". This is just a continuation of the fantasy.

It's obviously not based in reality, but this type of stuff makes them "feel good".

The likelihood that a person who possesses a penis is going to have a pregnancy anytime soon is not very high.

Sometimes the most amusing people are the ones unaware of being amusing.
