This is how prevalent human smuggling is around the Mexican border.
    This happened in Texas.

A 21 year old man, originally from Honduras, was dumped by smugglers in an uninhabited area in middle of nowhere in Texas. He had to walk for several days before he found any people. However, he was unlucky. The random person at a gas station he asked for help from happened to be a human smuggler themselves. The person called in their family who brought a van to pick the victim up, and then began negotiating a price with the victim's relatives to release him in the Houston area.

The man's aunt met with the smugglers attempting to negotiate with them but after she was unable to agree on a price for his return, the smugglers drove off with her nephew and hit her with their car.

Fortunately she was able to give police a description of the vehicle, and deputies in another nearby town were able to locate the vehicle and the occupants were arrested.

The mess on the border is a direct result of Biden ignoring US law. Prove me wrong.
